This 3-part Maintenance Work Order has space for all the necessary details! The generous writing space provided ensures you are able to give maintenance all the details upfront to get the job done efficiently. Highlighted 'work completed' area helps allocate maintenance costs.
Top two parts are carbon copy paper so whatever is written on the top sheet transfers down to the other two. Second sheet is manila colored, third is red. Three parts means there are multiple copies to go around.
