This sturdy Welcome Center is conveniently compartmentalized into 3 sections. It has a large section on the left perfect for folders or brochures, floor plans, amenity details and more. The top-right segment can contain cards or fillable forms.  The bottom-right area includes a locked box for any prospects to insert their information in which will allow you to follow up with possible residents. You may also insert your own sign into the locked box. This information box comes with 2 keys for the locked box.

For installation we recommend placing the Welcome Center under a covered area. While the box is made of heavy-duty steel, it is not intended for direct exposure to outdoor elements.
