Outdoor Rent Drop Box

No more excuses from residents about not being able to pay rent on time! The Outdoor Rent Drop Box makes it simple for residents to drop off rent checks any time day or night, regardless of whether the leasing office is open or not. Large capacity means you don't have to open and collect drop offs at the end of every day - you can wait until you're ready to go through them all. 

Drop box attaches to any wall or mailbox post, and is available in two colors. Heavy duty steal material keeps checks safe. Aluminum flap on front of box swings up to reveal deposit slot, and then swings down again to protect deposited materials from rain or other outdoor elements. Also works well to mount just inside your leasing center door - means you have the security of your locked office but residents can still drop checks off even if you're busy with a prospect or out walking the property.

Drop box comes with 4 pre-drilled holes on the bottom of the box. You can also easily drill holes in the back of the box should you prefer to wall mount it. Please see product instructions below for more information on installation options.
